Hang only:
Deer, sheep, antelope, or similar sized animals.
$10 for the first three days, $3 per day thereafter. Beef or Elk
$15 for first three days, $4 per day thereafter.
Custom Cut & Wrap:
This includes boned-out custom cut and wrap to your
specifications. Includes any hanging fees. Only
additional fees would be seasonings (like sausage seasoning) or
extra meat/suet additions agreed to before processing.
Big Game (game tags required to stay with meat):
Deer, antelope, bighorn sheep
- similar-sized animals

Lamb or goat - your choice of boned out,

Beef (brand inspection required) - your choice

All carcasses must be skinned, gutted, and covered with game bag
or equivalent. No hair, no hide, no head, no guts! All
final decisions on processing and hanging are at the discretion of
Raine's Market and their employees and will abide with USDA and NDOW
requirements. We do our best to schedule processing for your
convenience.
